MEET OUR FOUNDER
About Lori Bainum
After more than 25 years working in marketing, advertising, and strategic planning, Lori Bainum experienced a "spark." She realized there was a lot of potential in people, but that too many individuals didn't receive the guidance, development, training, and coaching they needed to reach their highest selves.
Lori followed her spark. She started studying human behavior on both the personal and professional level, became a certified coach (specializing in DiSC and 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team programs), and launched a coaching and leadership organization with the goal of helping people reach their full potential.
Lori combines her compassion and warmth, ability to offer motivating encouragement, and people-centered expertise to provide coaching programs that help leaders at all levels find their spark and get the skills and momentum they need to be more satisfied and successful in work and life.
